ACTIVITY CHECK
AC RULES:
++ Copy/paste and fill out the above textbox in a comment to this post. You may comment once for all of your characters or make separate comments for each, as you choose.
++ This check is for activity spanning from OCTOBER 1 to NOVEMBER 30.
++ You will need two examples of activity plus an Activity Summary for each character in-game. (See below for details on each.)
++ Characters accepted in the most recent Application round are not required to participate in this AC. They will, however, be expected to provide AC starting with the next check.
++ You have one week from the date of this posting to submit AC for all of your characters.
EXAMPLES OF ACTIVITY:
++ A network post made by your character, provided you've made an effort to answer replies that the post receives.
++ A log made by your character, provided you've made an effort to answer replies that the log receives. A closed narrative may also be used as an AC example, but it must be at least 500 words long (not counting subject line or header).
++ A network post your character has tagged into with at least 10 comments made by your character (this may be made with one 10-comment thread or two threads of 5 or more comments each, all made by your character).
++ A log your character has tagged into with at least 5 comments made by your character (this may be made with one 5-comment thread or two threads of 3 or more comments each, all made by your character).
You may provide two of the same KIND of activity (two posts, an open log and an eligible narrative, two 10-comment threads, etc). A comment chain counts as one comment for purposes of AC. A comment chain is a series of 2 or more replies in a row by one character, such as to depict a range of reactions, before the other character can reply.
ACTIVITY SUMMARY:
In addition to the two examples of activity provided, you must also provide an activity summary.
An activity summary consists of a small paragraph explaining what your character has been up to since the previous Activity Check (or since arriving in the game if you are new). This can be as simple or as detailed as you would like! At the minimum, be sure to hit any events your character has participated in (either game events or character plots) and where they're currently residing. If you'd like to get more detailed (such as drawing up CR charts, mentioning what Guardian they've talked with, or adding links) we're not going to stop you, as this will make a handy future reference for you as well as for us!
The activity summary will help the mods in determining future Guardian plans or interactions for your characters, and especially will keep us from missing anything important about your character. In no way will your activity summary have any effect on you passing or failing activity check, unless it is completely absent. In other words, doing the minimum on this won't hurt you, although going above and beyond can certainly help!
EXCLUSIONS AND EXEMPTIONS:
Characters are only expected to participate in an Activity Check if they have been in the game for a month or more. Generally, this means anyone who arrived in the most recent application cycle won't be expected to provide any samples of activity or a summary for that AC.
In order to qualify for an exemption to the Activity Check, you must have posted a hiatus of 2 weeks or longer to the official hiatus page during the period covered by the Activity Check. You may not request back-to-back exemptions, regardless of any length hiatus you may take. If you are unable to meet the requirements for activity due to real-life circumstances/an emergency, you MUST communicate with the mods before the end of the Activity Check.
FAILING ACTIVITY CHECK
If you fail to post to an Activity Check within the week that it is open and you have not contacted the mods beforehand, then any characters not posted will be dropped from the game. The mods will put up a list of characters in danger of being dropped at the end of Activity Check, at which point you (the character's player) will have three days to contact the mods and provide AC and an explanation for failing it. After those three days have passed, the drops will be official, and the characters will be removed from the Taken list and Player Contact page.
If you post to the activity check but do not meet the minimum requirements in your Examples of Activity, you will be given a one-week period in which to provide one (or two, as needed to meet the minimum requirement) new example(s) of activity of any kind. If you are able to do so, then you will have passed activity check and be fine (although the 'new' example of activity will not be usable in the next AC.) If you fail to do so, then your character will be dropped.

Post/Log/Thread 1: Meeting Paian and reuniting with Elsa
Post/Log/Thread 2: Arrival and WTFing
Activity Summary: After his rather rough arrival, Lea and his group were escorted to Haven proper by Galos. Lea then broke off from the group to find a place to stay, had a brief comm convo with Bulkhead, and went to the hospital to see about getting his Potion duplicated. There he met Paian, and met back up with Elsa and they caught up over dinner. Later after the explosion Lea worked to help contain the flames until fire crews arrived, meeting up with Wheeljack in the process. Lea was also among those kidnapped during Galos' attempted coup, and was the one who struck the final blow to Flit to disrupt his power. After escaping that, neither he nor Elsa was in a very good emotional place, which resulted in an argument when they met back up. They ended up making up several days later, and sharing their first kiss. Awww...
Currently, Lea is mostly settled back into life in Haven, with no major plans on the horizon, though that could easily change as more people start to arrive...

Post/Log/Thread 1: Waking up in pain.
Post/Log/Thread 2: Meeting Paian and getting fixed up
Activity Summary: After his rather rough arrival, Jadewing and his group were escorted back to the city by Galos. Not long after, Jadewing sought out the services of a local medic to get his wing, which had been set with an ice-brace by Elsa, properly repaired. There he met Paian and was annoyed to find out about the difficulty with repairs that was going on at the time, though he accepted what the medic could do for him with a reasonable amount of gratitude. He also had conversations with both Bulkhead and Sentinel Prime prior to his visit to the medic. After he'd finished cleaning up the water left by the melted ice-brace, he also reunited with Thundercracker. Later, he participated in the battle against Galos during his attempted coup.
Currently, Jadewing has mostly settled in, very glad to be able to fly properly again, and is planning on doing the exploring that the events surrounding Galos' attempted coup put on hold.

Since he arrived, Knock Out:
-Bitched and complained about being again dragged into a different universe.
-While he was unhappy about the whole ordeal, he still head to the medbay first to make himself at home and help the injured.
-He fixed Wing and TC injuries, irritated Paian and helped him to investigate what was making everyone sick.
-After the explosion and Paian's disappearance KO took care of the medbay and the injured the best he could.
-Once it was revealed that Galos was power mad, he was so frustrated with the idea of dealing with Unicron for the fourth time that he decided to...not deal with it at all.

Post/Log/Thread 2: At the Hospital
Activity Summary: TC was looking forward to a quiet life on a new, developing Cybertron. Well . . . he got the "life on a new Cybertron" part at least. AFTER a massive explosion that left him in the middle of a field with LOLKitty, Spider-Woman, and his left wing forcibly removed by Gunmax's bike. NOT A HAPPY SEEKER. He didn't trust the goat-man-person who approached, but whatever. Allowed himself to be taken to the city's hospital. Did NOT allow the head medic to see to him, not when he learned that Knock Out was here too. Visited with him, took Blurr to see the crystal forest at some point, tried to help arrange for everyone to get together so they could take stock, generally didn't do much (but mope, especially since HE COULDN'T FLY!). Then half his trine went missing and it turned out they were going to be use for some kind of horrific, demonic ritual. Good thing he didn't learn that till AFTER. He'd have been unreasonable At. Best. As it was, he fought hard when Galos made his move. He's since been nursing wounds and taking it easy.

Post/Log/Thread 1: New kid on the block, again

Activity Summary: Much like TC, he wasn't happy to find himself on yet another new world, forcibly, against his will. He and Gunmax were supposed to go HOME! But . . . but he'd make the best of it. Until Galos took his one remaining teammate, his last brother. He was barely in control as he fought Galos. He's since been spending a lot of time trying to help Gunmax deal with the trauma he was forced to face.

~Wing arrives with an injured wing, sees the healer and gets as fixed up as was possible.
~When a building explodes he hurries out to help. Mmm, troubling.
~And then black goop swallows him and takes him off to some cave where evil stuff is going on and trying to drain his life away...he...protests to what is necessary, but there's no time, soon they'll all be undead husks on the floor, and so does nothing as a child is killed to save everyone. He hates himself for this right now. (Just himself. Not anyone else and least of all Lea for making the killing blow. Himself, for not stopping Lea, himself for not thinking of an alternative sooner. He'll heal, but at the moment it's really affecting him.)
~He's gone to find Drift, and then to the bar to hang with friends, though he will not be getting overcharged in the least.
~He plans to build a memorial for the child killed in the cave.

Activity Summary: Really she's been tagging along with Lea for lack of better excuse, but as soon as she plans to go make her own new ice castle home WHOOMP THERE GALOS IS
So post the 'crazy homicidal asshole attacks pt 2' she's going to finally go make her castle, but not without having a big fight with Lea and then
confessing her actual love and adoration for himpopping the l word oopsshe plans on reaching out a little more, but again, post Galos-meltdown, she feels like she's sorta flown off the chain again and is afraid of most anyone. Jendayi is the main exception to this rule simply because she's a child.

-They kicked Unicron's ass, and he was ready to start his life again on Cybertron, working under Solus Prime.
- THEN THE LAMBDA EXPLODED
- He woke up on the grass with Sentinel and Drift. Punched Sentinel for being an idiot, and met up with Galos who took them to town
- WHY DO THE GATEWAYS HAVE HIS NAME ON THEM
- Also, healing didn't work
- Explorations planned
- Then buildings blew up, and he helped contain the fire
- Then kidnapping happened by Galos, and they had the worst time ever down there. But hey, they got rid of Galos.
- Then drinking party at the bar, where he chatted with people and hugged Sentinel.
